• Authentication Information: Auth0-provided user identifiers (e.g., Auth0 "sub" IDs).
• Usage Data: Basic analytics such as timestamps of access, success/failure of API requests, and general usage metrics.
• Third-Party Payment Information: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store payment information directly.
• Service-Specific Data: Certain Services, such as IntelligenceHub, allow users to store conversational or application data. This data is stored in user-owned resources (e.g., Azure SQL databases) and is not accessed or collected by us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as names, mailing addresses, government IDs, or payment card numbers directly through our systems.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve our Services
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
